Service:
(i) Warranty is for 2 years.
In the warranty period, we will maintain and replace the defect components for free without any man-made damage, but you should pay for shipping fee, both back and forth .After 2 years, we only charge the material cost, you should be responsible for shipment.
(ii) Free training: You can send your engineers to our factory for one week free of charge training, which includes the software operation, installation, adjustment, basic repairing, etc.
(iii) Technical Support: If needed, we can send our engineer to guide the installation for you. But the relevant cost should be paid by your company such as visa, hotel, food, both trip plane ticket, and also USD150/day/staff (from our engineer’s departure from Shenzhen) and help to arrange our staff's visa.

Q1. How long is the warranty?
The standard warranty is 3 years. It could be longer upon request.
Q2.What is your payment terms?
Payment terms:30% T/T deposit, 70% T/T before shipment.
Q3. What is the delivery time?
Usually 12-15 working days after payment of deposit. Less than a week for our best sales because we always keep about 500 square meters in stock.
Q4. What technical supports can Ledmanner offer?
We provide all kinds of technology trainings for free, including the operation and maintenance training of the LED screens in our factory. All operation manuals, software, test reports , CAD drawings of the steel structure and instruction of installing the cabinets and connecting the signal/power cables can be provided for free. If required, Ledmanner can send an engineer team to the country of the customer to instruct the installation.
